my dog tilly had 6 beautiful puppies this year,i was on holiday at the time and she was at the breeders unfortunatley by the time i got home we had lost 3 one got stuck and she had laid on one,when we got home another died.the remaining 2 died in my arms over the next two days.we later learned the stud we had used had past on a heart defect,the breeder also lost a few litters because of this.
Souls do not disintegrate and die:

All our tears and laughter do not lie:
Though we pass like dreams, our spirits stay,
Held fast by love, which is just what we are,
Yet in a form that cannot be destroyed.
